Who we are
A small company that does the whole job.
Most of our work is replacing old furnaces and converting homes from oil or electric heat to gas. We size every system for the house it goes in, handle the duct work ourselves, and come back the next season to check on it.
Sized for your house
We measure before we quote, so the system fits the house it goes in.
Our own duct crew
Duct work is supplied and installed by us, not handed to a subcontractor.
Back next season
We return the following season to check on the system we put in.

A recent job
A 1962 ranch that finally got warm in the back bedrooms
The problem
The family had lived with cold back bedrooms for years and assumed it was the furnace. It was partly the furnace, a tired 80% unit, and partly a single undersized return.
The fix
We sized a new Goodman furnace for the house, added a second return in the hallway, and balanced the dampers room by room.
The handover
Before we left we walked the homeowner through what we did, left the readings on the service sheet, and booked a check-in for the next season.
The result
The back bedrooms now sit within a degree of the living room, and the furnace runs shorter, quieter cycles.
The house, before and after Floor plan, not to scale
Before: a single undersized return and a tired 80% furnace. The back bedrooms run cold.
After: a new Goodman furnace sized for the house, a second return in the hallway and dampers balanced room by room. The back bedrooms sit within a degree of the living room.
Worth a call
When it is time to give us a ring
Two signs that your system needs a look. Call, and we will come out, find the cause and explain it before any work starts.
Frost on the refrigerant line
Ice on the line or the service valve of the outdoor unit means the system is not running the way it should. Switch the cooling off and give us a call.

Questions we hear most
Short answers to what people ask on the phone. If yours is not here, call (555) 010-0177.
My furnace starts then shuts off. Why?
A dirty flame sensor or a clogged filter are the usual causes. Both are quick fixes.
Can my oil furnace be converted to gas?
Usually it is replaced with a gas furnace rather than converted. We check that gas service can reach the house first.
Will a heat pump keep up in winter?
Modern heat pumps heat well in our climate. For the coldest nights we size a backup heat source.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, measure the house, and give you a written quote.
Who does the duct work?
We do. Duct work is supplied and installed by our own crew, not subcontracted.
